TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipment/Delivery: Equipment is shipped 7 days a week using the courier of your choice. Equipment can be picked up from our offices during business hours or by special arrangement through our AFTER HOURS SERVICE CENTRE. Prices are F.O.B. EnviroRentals facility in Calgary.

Rates and Options: Rental charges are based on daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Rental charges do not apply during equipment transit.

Customer Obligations: Equipment is to be returned to EnviroRentals in good condition. The customer is responsible for repair costs resulting from misuse or abuse of equipment. Additional charges may be levied if excessive cleaning or decontamination is required. Equipment should be used according to the specifications of the manufacturer and no modifications, additions, or improvements to the equipment are allowed without the express approval of EnviroRentals. Product specifications are provided by EnviroRentals and are from the manufacturer and – as such – are not guaranteed by EnviroRentals. The customer is responsible for the full value of any equipment lost or destroyed.

Customer Training: EnviroRentals provides free training and telephone support for the proper use of EnviroRentals equipment. Video training is also available for some instruments. The operator is expected to be trained and competent in using the equipment. EnviroRentals accepts no responsibility for the results or data collected with our equipment, unless the equipment is found to be faulty. Payment Terms: Net payment is expected 30 days from invoice date for open accounts. For new accounts, initial orders may be charged to Visa or Mastercard. Interim invoices are submitted monthly for long-term rentals.

Customer Satisfaction: EnviroRentals is committed to providing excellent customer service through our extensive equipment inventory, modern repair facilities and expert technical support. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions as we continuously strive to improve our services. If our rental equipment does not perform to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a replacement unit at no extra charge or review the rental charges with you.
